Wow, Tom Sutton actually turns in some good panels here. Really well-laidout ones anyway. Well designed. The details might not be perfect, but the design’s excellent. In fact, when the homeless army is attacking LA, it seems like Sutton would be perfect for a Planet of the Apes book or something.
